Features

Four disciplines, two inputs.

Each of these is sold as a separate service elsewhere. Here they run on the same two things — the contract and the operational record — so a shift between them costs nothing but the re-reading of the same paper.

Invoice & tariff audit

Every supplier line tested against the contracted rate for that carrier, station and service date, and against the operational record.

  • Duplicates, cancelled rotations and inflated uplifts
  • Expired or superseded tariffs still being applied
  • Charges that do not appear on any contract at all

Fuel & flight-path optimisation

Climb and speed profiles, tankering decisions against station price differentials, and density-corrected uplift checking.

  • Volume conversion between litres and kilograms, where errors hide
  • Tankering decisions measured against the price actually paid
  • Route-level burn against the profile flown

Procurement & rate assurance

What you are contracted to pay, against what the market pays at that station — before it compounds into an audit finding.

  • Rate drift and band mismatches across a network
  • Off-tariff surcharges at the point they are introduced
  • Contract terms that no longer match the operation

Emissions & compliance cost

EU ETS, UK ETS and CORSIA liability reconstructed from actual uplift and route data rather than accepted as invoiced.

  • Obligation rebuilt from the operational record
  • Invoiced liability tested against the rebuilt figure
  • Schemes new enough that billing practice is still inconsistent

What every engagement shares

No integration to start

The audit needs the invoice, the contract and the operational record. The first two arrive as documents, so a number can be produced before anyone signs an integration agreement.

Evidence before claim

A finding is delivered with the line, the amount billed, the amount properly due and the basis of the difference. What cannot be evidenced is not claimed.

Paid from what collects

The fee attaches to verified recoveries only. A finding the supplier rejects is not a recovery, and is not charged for.

Delivered as a claim, not a report

The output is built to be accepted

The deliverable of an engagement is not a dashboard or a findings deck. It is a claim pack addressed to the supplier: the line, the contract it breaches, the operational record that proves it, and the amount due back. A number the client believes in but the supplier can wave away has no value; a number the supplier credits does.
