XVILANAeroCore

About

An audit practice, not a software vendor.

Xvilan AeroCore recovers money that airlines have already been overcharged. We work on the invoices that make up direct operating cost — into-plane fuel, landing, handling, navigation, passenger and related charges — and we are paid from what we recover, not for the attempt.

There is no product to licence and no platform to adopt. An engagement begins with documents the airline already holds, and ends with a supplier credit. Everything in between is our work.

How an engagement runs

01

Send us the paper

One period of supplier invoices and the contracts that govern them. Both arrive as documents; neither requires access to your systems.

02

We audit and quantify

Every line is tested against the contracted rate for that carrier, station and service date, and against the operational record. What cannot be evidenced is not claimed.

03

We file and collect

Findings go to the supplier as a worked claim they can accept, dispute or credit. Our fee attaches to verified recoveries only.

Why contingency

A recovery practice that bills by the hour is paid to look, and a practice that bills by the licence is paid whether or not anything is found. We are paid only on amounts the client actually receives, which means our work is worth doing only when it collects. The incentive and the outcome are the same thing.

Why this starting point

An invoice audit is the one discipline in operating-cost recovery that needs no integration to begin. The invoice and the contract are both documents, and the finding is provable on the supplier's own paper — so a number can be produced before anyone signs an integration agreement.

Non-custodial

We never touch client funds

Recoveries are credited by the supplier directly to the airline. Xvilan never receives, holds, or moves client money: our role is to identify and evidence a recovery, and our fee is invoiced against it once it has been credited. We are not a payment institution, we hold no client accounts, and there is nothing of the client's for us to be holding.

The practice

Xvilan AeroCore is operated by XVILAN LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The work is done by people who have sat on both sides of a supplier dispute — on the airline's side of the invoice and on the supplier's side of the challenge — which is the only reason a claim pack survives contact with a supplier's finance team.

We work quietly and we work in the client's name. Findings are the client's; we do not resell, pool or publish them, and we do not use one client's rates to price another's claim.
