How the free audit works
Free to run. A share only on what is actually recovered.
- 1. Normalise. Every row is mapped to a charge type, a station, an aircraft, a date and an amount. Anything that cannot be read is listed, not dropped.
- 2. Price it. Each line is matched to the most specific contracted rate on file for that carrier, station, supplier, aircraft type and weight band.
- 3. Cross-check. The line is tested against the operational record and against every other line on the same invoice — duplicates, cancelled rotations and inflated uplifts are found here.
- 4. Report. You get a recoverable amount, a severity and the evidence that makes the claim stand — then we re-price it against your own contracts.
We never touch client funds. Nothing is charged unless a finding is recovered, and the reference rates used for this estimate are not your contracted rates — that is what the re-priced report fixes.
